FINANCE a. Prepares annual school district budgets. |

b. Monitors expenditures to preclude overspending and budget extensions. |

c. Supervises building budgets. |
|

d. Provides monthly financial statements. |

b. Oversees development and implementation of vehicle replacement plans. |

c. Provides general overall supervision for transportation department. |

PERSONNEL a. Supervises and evaluates designated personnel. |
|

b. Assists superintendent in the evaluation of the administrator for transportation and public information. |
|

c. Assists with classified personnel matters. |
|

d. Ensures district compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Agency Regulations. |
