Procedures - Job Openings for Students

Oral announcements will indicate what new employment opportunities are available. Students will be referred to a specific bulletin board if they wish further information. At the high school, such listings will normally be posted in the counseling office.

In the public address announcement, generally the name of a firm will not be mentioned. However, the nature of the job, for example "newspaper carriers" or "berry pickers," would be mentioned. The announcement on the bulletin board would be more specific.
