Relationship with and Engagement of Community Stakeholders
The Superintendent will maintain an organizational culture that engages and serves parents and citizens with respect, dignity, and courtesy.
The Superintendent will:
- Protect confidential information.
- Effectively handle complaints.
- Maintain an organizational culture that:
a. Values individual differences of opinion.
b. Reasonably includes people in decisions that affect them.
c. Focuses on common achievement of the Board’s Results policies.
d. Is open, responsive, and welcoming.
4. Provide communication that:
a. Is open transparent, honest, and timely.
b. Ensures the timely flow of information opportunities for appropriate input and strategic two-way communication between the District and the public its stakeholders.
c. Builds understanding and support for District efforts.
d. Includes an annual progress report.
