Expectations of the Superintendent 

The Superintendent shall ensure the effective and ethical administration of district operations, maintaining the trust and credibility of the Board and the public, while ensuring leadership continuity. The Superintendent will:

1. Prevent any practice or condition that is inequitable, unlawful, unethical, unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of Board policies, safeguarding the district’s public image and credibility.

2. Appoint at least one qualified executive staff member capable of assuming responsibilities during an emergency, ensuring seamless continuity of district leadership and adherence to the Board’s governance processes.
