Summer Meal Program Resources

Washington State's Summer Meals Program picks up where school meal programs leave off in June when the school year concludes.

Free meals are available to students age 18 and under all summer long. All kids are welcome. No proof of income, address or citizenship is ever required.

Listed are resources via the Boys & Girls Club Ferndale Location, Community Meal Program and Ferndale Food Bank.

Ferndale Location
Boys' & Girls' Club, 2015 Cherry Street
Monday through Friday, June 24—August 23 (closed July 4-5, July 15-19).
Free Breakfast will be available from 8:30-9:00 a.m.
Free Lunch will be available from 12:00-12:30 p.m.
Children do not need to be a member of the club.

Community Meals
Ferndale Food Bank sponsors the free Community Meal Program twice each month
WHEN: July 13, August 10, August 24
TIME: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
LOCATION: United Church of Ferndale, 2034 Washington Street
All community members are welcome!

Ferndale Food Bank
The Food Bank serves families in the Ferndale/Custer area. Single individuals and families can visit the Bank once per week for as long as assistance is needed.
LOCATION: 1671 Main Street, Ferndale
FOOD DISTRIBUTION HOURS:

  •     Mondays 9:00-11:00 a.m.
  •     Wednesdays 9:00-11:00 a.m.
  •     Saturdays 9:00-11:00 a.m.
