The Ferndale School District will release early and there will be no AM/PM Preschool on Friday, February 8, 2019 due to severe weather warnings and forecast models throughout the region.
Early release times will follow the District’s usual pattern for early release of students. Those early release times are as follows:

An important note regarding preschool. There will be no AM or PM preschool as a result of the schedule change.

Please note that plans will change according to conditions. If snow accumulates early on February 8th, the District will assess conditions and update emergency plans as needed.
Also, please note that the Ferndale Boys & Girls Club will be closed for afternoon programming tomorrow (Friday, February 8) due to the impending weather report. Before school programming at the Boys & Girls Club will run on normal schedule.
As of Friday morning, Ferndale YMCA will have after school programming on Friday, February 8 until 4 pm unless otherwise announced by Ferndale YMCA. If weather dictates a change in schedule or closure by the Ferndale YMCA, the Ferndale YMCA will communicate directly with families about schedule changes.
