All connectivity issues have been resolved. There are no reported ongoing phone or internet issues at this time. 

Thank you to our information technology engineers for working to resolve the phone connectivity and internet access issues.

Information technology engineers have restored some systems previously down, but are still working through a number of issues. Email and internet support services previously down are back online.

Other connectivity issues still exist, including issues with district phone system devices. These issues are continuing to be investigated and our information technology team is working to resolve all issues as soon as possible.

Parents and community members may have difficulty reaching individual schools. If you have an emergency and do not know how to email your school directly, please send messages to FSDINFO@FERNDALESD.ORG.

We are continuing to investigate the issue regarding phone connectivity issues and internet down on many devices throughout the Ferndale School District. The information technology team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It is anticipated that many phone devices and internet services within the Ferndale School District may be down for the majority or remainder of the day. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
