About Us

Principal Kellie Larrabee welcomes parents and students to Cascadia Elementary School.

Cascadia opened as a new school in fall 2008. Square footage is 60,000 square feet. There are four learning classroom clusters which have shared common areas, 23 regular education classrooms, multipurpose center, computer lab, administration area, cafeteria and atrium. Cascadia serves 460 students in grades preschool through five. Beginning with the 2008-09 school year, staff and students from North Bellingham Elementary School occupied the building. Also, students in the Cascadia school area who previously attended Eagleridge Elementary enrolled in Cascadia.

Directions: From I-5 take Ferndale City Exit (#262), at the exit stop light turn right on to Main Street, continue on Main Street to Church Road (approximately one mile past the last stop light when departing the city center), turn right on Church Road, continue on Church Road to Thornton Road, stay on Church going through the four-way stop, go approximately two blocks, the school is located on the left-hand side of Church Road.
