Washington State School Directors Association (WSSDA) recently announced their 2021 selection for Boards of Distinction, including our very own Ferndale School Board. WSSDA is recognizing 34 school boards as Boards of Distinction for 2021. “Despite historic challenges this year, school boards displayed tremendous leadership in bringing students back to in-person learning safely and creatively,” said WSSDA Director of Leadership Development Tricia Lubach. “Given the obstacles districts have had to face, I think being able to recognize so many boards this year is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our school directors. Congratulations to our school board who has been recognized once again as a board of distinction. Their continued dedication and to our staff, students, and community does not go unnoticed. For complete list of 2021 board selections click here.
