PUBLIC NOTICE
Ferndale School Board President Dr. Kevin Erickson has announced
the school board will hold Regular Meeting beginning in Executive Session on
Tuesday, April 25, 2023
5:00 p.m.
The Board according to RCW 42.30.110 Article 1, sections (b) and (i) Executive Session from the Open Public Meetings Act, the board will convene into executive session for approximately 60 minutes to discuss real estate acquisition and potential litigation.
Regular Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.

that may properly come before the Board at that time.
