This Addendum is issued to provide clarification and make modifications to the above-referenced solicitation. This Addendum is hereby made a part of the original solicitation documents and shall be acknowledged as such by all Offerors.

Except as specifically modified by this Addendum, all terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Acknowledgement of this addendum is mandatory. Bidders must sign and include this addendum with their proposal submission. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your proposal.

1.0 Revisions to Proposal Requirements
This addendum modifies the markup requirements for fuel pricing as specified in the original RFP.

1.1 Change to Section 8, “Fixed Margin”
The original RFP language requiring a percentage markup is hereby deleted and replaced with the following text:
New Language:
“Bid pricing shall be based on a fixed, cents-per-gallon markup over the rack price. Bidders must enter a specific cents-per-gallon amount in the Bid Form, which shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract period. This markup will be applied to the relevant daily OPIS rack average”.

1.2 Change to Bid Form
The bid form is amended to reflect this change. All bidders must submit their pricing using the revised Bid Form, which requires a cents-per gallon markup. The Revised Bid Form replaces pages 4 and 5 in the original RFP document.

2.0 Mandatory Acknowledgement
